Medicare Supplements Plans
Freedom to Choose
Providers who accept original Medicare will also accept your Medicare Supplement. Medicare supplements do not require referrals to see a specialist. You pay a premium and in most cases you are not required to pay co-pays & deductibles. There are no top end dollar limits on most services. -
HMO & PPO Plans
Representing Top Companies
Other benefits that may be included in a MAPD plan, such as preventative dental, eye glasses, hearing aids, transportation to and from an office visit, & Silver Sneakers gym membership, are not provided in original Medicare or a Medicare supplement. To be eligible for a MAPD, you must have Parts A&B of Medicare, your residence must be in the servicing area and you cannot have end stage renal disease (ESRD).
